"Our purpose is to promote and facilitate  education about and preservation of Ragtime, Jazz, and Swing music. This includes, but is not limited to, the creation and development of a Jazz Hall of Fame located in or around Sun Valley, Idaho. The Hall of Fame Museum will have a meeting hall, music venue, listening rooms, studio, and archives/artifacts of this historical American art form."
